4. Classic Pandoros

⭐️ The course will use wrapped sourdough method. Chef Giovanna will explain how to use and maintain. This course is interactive-based with students. ⭐️

Chef’s Giovanna’s Background 簡介:

Chef Giovanna has been living in Italy for almost 20 years. Her panettone skillset was inspired a lot by her mentor Maurizio Bonanomi, who had an important influence in her career. She is the team captain for Taiwan in 2025 Panettone World Championship, and led the Taiwanese team win the world champion title in Milan, Italy in October 2025. 

旅居義大利近20年的Giovanna主廚，她的潘妮托妮製作技巧很大程度上受到了她的導師Maurizio Bonanomi的啟發，Bonanomi對她的職業生涯產生了重要影響。擔任2025年Panettone世界錦標賽台灣隊隊長，帶領台灣隊於2025年10月在義大利米蘭奪得世界冠軍名譽。
